? E-Town (4-1 ) | KSR #13 | Nation's Elite #22 | 5th Region #3

? Adair County (6-0) | 5th Region #2

Series History: E-Town leads 8-6, dating back to 2006.

This is a battle of momentum (AC) versus a superior schedule (E). Adair has rolled through its first six games, while E-Town got it handed to them by Lexington Catholic to conclude a tough three game stretch of Bowling Green, Central Hardin, and the Knights.

The Indians are a bucket away from having five players averaging double figures, led by Isaiah Cochran (17 & 9) and Connor Loy (15 ppg). Both shoot in the neighborhood of 60% or better from the field.

The Evans brothers and J'Quan Williams pace the Panthers in scoring and rebounding, averaging a combined 48 points and 20 boards a night.

Despite being region mates, encounters between the Panthers and Indians have been infrequent. They've only played fourteen times this century. Adair County last claimed victory over perennial power E-Town in 2016. The Panthers sent AC packing from the 5th Region tournament last year.

This one will be fun!! The Cochran/Evans matchup will be fun to watch. Whoever wins that battle, I think their team wins. Should be a good atmosphere for a Tuesday night in Columbia.

Dual sport athlete Trey Durbin with a nice move and finish in the paint.

That set off a flurry of buckets at both ends.

The pace is picking up.

Indians did a great job on the Evans' in the 2Q. E-Town just 1/11 from behind the arc so far.
