C ? "Steady as she goes" (mostly), for Lyon County and Covington Catholic, who didn't seem to appreciably drop in the Ratings despite notable losses - the #4 Lyons to #9 Newport in the "All 'A' Classic" semis, and the #3 Colonels to now #20 Cooper at Park Hills. 

? Speaking of Cooper, the Jaguars have been trending upward lately. Coach Sullivan's crew also have a win over #25 Lloyd Memorial in the previous week.

Newport has risen to their highest rating of the season to No. 6. Massey has been s-l-o-w-l-y nudging the Wildcats up the ranks, despite having won 18 straight games to Saturday's deadline. The defending 9th Region champs started the season at No. 24.

Lyon County is back this week at No. 5, placing ahead of two teams who took surprising losses, to Massey anyway - Trinity to Jeffersontown, and North Oldham to Danville Christian. The Lyons began the '23/'24 campaign ranked # 27.

Eastern started the season at No. 15, then dropped well back for two months. The Eagles returned to the Top 25 as WOPR predicted. 

Danville Christian is the new No. 1 in the 12th Region. The Eagles capped off their week with a road win over then No. 6 North Oldham.
