This past week Male lost a close game to the Sixth Region power Butler 72-69 in OT but rebounded with a win over Taylor County 76-54. Cole Edelen in those two games led the Bulldogs with 25 pts against Butler and 37 pts against Taylor County. Trinity followed up their loss to Male by going 3-0 in three blowouts. Drae Vasser continues to lead the Shamrocks averaging 17.4 ppg. Saint Xavier after their loss to Prolific Prep had two wins by large margin and have been led by Chance Dillingham averaging 20.2 ppg. Manual continues to impress going 3-0 after a competitive loss to Great Crossing. Malachi Coleman leads the Crimsons averaging 18.8 ppg. Ballard went 3-1 with a tough loss to Great Crossing 88-60.

Male beat Fern Creek 62-48, lost to Butler 72-69, and beat Taylor County 76-54. Next game is at Brown on 12/13.

2. Trinity (4-1)

Trinity beat Bardstown 81-43, beat Atherton 71-49, and beat Fern Creek 78-36. Next game is at home against Seneca on 12/12.

3. Saint Xavier (5-1)

St. X lost to Prolific Prep (CA) 83-74, beat Jeffersontown 95-75, and beat Highlands 101-71. Next game is at Collegiate on 12/12.

4. Manual (4-1)

Manual beat Pleasure Ridge Park 89-67, beat Central 88-62, beat University (TN) 74-55. Next game is at home against Portland Christian on 12/12.

5. Ballard (4-2)

Ballard beat Western 88-76, beat Montgomery County 98-65, beat Scott County 71-55, and lost to Great Crossing 88-60. Next game is at home against Manual on 12/15.

6. Christian Academy-Louisville (3-2)

Such a great stacked region as always! I still say I think St X is the best no disrespect to Trinity and Male but I can not wait for the LIT to see how it unfolds.

LIT going to be great tourney and will be interesting to see who emerges on top. St. X certainly will be in the hunt.
