Final. The Cowboys played great. The Eagles 3 turnovers by Philly took away any possible chance. No one can say any longer that the Cowboys have not beat a team with a winning record. I think right now that the 49ers and Cowboys are the two best teams in the NFL and it is not that close, but there are still four weeks to go.

I can't decide if this says more about Dallas or Philadelphia. The Eagles defense has been BAD practically all season (like bottom 25% bad) and by hook or crook have been able to steal several games they probably should have lost.

Mentally this game meant a lot for the Cowboys. As noted, they've feasted on bad competition, losing to the only two teams they've played above .500 before last night.

If we are going with the glass half empty viewpoint on the Cowboys, their defense has looked susceptible against real NFL offenses the past two weeks. Many thought they were historically dominate, but it just isn't the case.
