TP94 Power Ratings (9/27/23)

Formula uses strength of schedule of teams played plus avg margin of win/loss with cap of 36 pts. I added a tweak where a team is playing another team that is more than 50 pts difference in rating doesn't hurt the winning team because of running clock and subbing personnel. A fake example would be if Trinity played Phelps and Trinity wins by 60 when could win by 100+ would really hurt accuracy of ratings if Trinity only got credit for 36 point win. This is an issue mostly in district play where some very strong teams are forced to play some very weak teams.
