Ryle continues to roll through the 9th Region and NKY competition.  Cov Cath takes care of business and Highlands get a much-needed win vs a 9th Region foe.  Conner makes a move and finish district play with a split this week.  Grant County get a draw vs Cooper.

Here is my NKY Top 10:

1. Ryle

2. Cov Cath

3. NCC

4. Highlands

5. Conner

6. Grant County

7. Cooper

8. Dixie Heights

9. Campbell County

10. Simon Kenton

Can anyone challenge Ryle???? That is the main question.

Nothing in the regular season tells me so…..

Will someone shock the reigning 9th Region Champ?

Didn't CCH hold them to 1-0? And if memory serves me, they held Trinity (#10) and St. X (#7) to the same. I've always said that HS Soccer is 75 minutes of play and 5 minutes of 10 second moments that decide the match. They both play tomorrow, but against much different competition. (CCH -vs- NCC) and (Ryle -vs- Campbell Co) That will finish Ryles regular season, while CCH plays Beechwood on the 30th.

Time will tell, but this season hasn't disappointed thus far.

Don’t get me wrong I think there could be a team or 2 that could surprise us and take down Ryle….. My point in my humble opinion, it will be a “surprise “. Ryle is really good….

Unlike last year where I think it was a 4 team pretty equal race between: Dixie, Highlands, Cov Cath and Ryle. Where I wasn’t surprised which 1 of those 4 teams won Region. More parity up top last year.
