Boston leads 5-3 after one but the Pirates not only came back to post the win but looked good in doing so.

Bryan Reynolds had two dingers to go along with 2RBI.

Canaan Smith-Njigba also drove in two.

Indians blow the lead and drop the game.

Julio Rodríguez goes yard to lead the winners. He had two hits and two RBI.

J.P. Crawford had two hits and two RBI.

Penn Murfee 1-1 picked up the win in relief.

Zack Collins had two hits and drove in one.
Tanner Bibee (1-0) in his Triple-A debut goes fives, and strikes out seven, with just one base on balls.

Seattle 3 Cleveland 2

Amed Rosario has three hits for Cleveland followed by two hits by

Andrés Giménez. The rest of the team combined for a grand total of four hits.

Cal Quantrill gave up 3 runs in the first two innings then settled down.

 

For Seattle, The top three hitters combined for seven hits and two of the RBI. 

Julio Rodríguez (2 hits), Ty France (2 hits), and Eugenio Suárez (3 hits and 2 RBI),

Mississippi Braves (Atlanta) 11 Biloxi Shuckers 6 (Milwaukee)

The Braves (1-10 jumped out to the 7-0 lead and was never really challenged in this one. The Shuckers (1-1) tried to fight back but as you see by the final score, they came up short.

Cody Milligan (Cowley CC, Cowley CC, KS) hitting lead off led the Braves with three hits and he drove in three.

• Drew Lugbauer (Michigan) went yard for his first homer of the season driving in a run.

• Luke Waddell (Georgia Tech) drove in two as did Landon Stephen (Miami, Ohio). Mitchell Toleman (Oregon) had the other RBI for the Braves.

Buffalo Bison 2 (Toronto) Worcester Red Sox 1 7innings

There was no score after six innings.

In the seventh both teams found some offense.

Ryan Fitzgerald (Creighton) gave the Red Sox the 1-0 lead with a solo bomb. His first of the season.

In the bottom of the inning Wynton Bernard (Niagara) tied it up with a hit and then Nathan Lukes (Sacramento State) the former Cleveland Indian 2015 7th round draft picked knocked in the winning run.

Yosver Zulueta started for Buffalo going three innings allowing one hit, a walk, with six strikeouts.

 Franchy Cordero blasted homerun #4 to power the Yankees to the win.

Josh Bell's inability to make a play on a catchable throw led to the winning run.

 

L.A. Angels 3 Washington Nationals 2

Logan O'Hoppe drove in his team leading 11th run to pace the winners.

Hunter Renfroe and Brandon Drury each had two hits in the win.

Jeimer Candelario had two hits in the loss.

 

Vancouver Canadians (Blue Jays) 5 Tri-City Dust Devils) Angels 4
The Canadians score five times in the bottom of the eight to pull off the one-run win. Alex De Jesus (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic) led the winners with two RBI. Alan Roden ( Creighton) and Devonte Brown (North Carolina State) each had one RBI. Cade Doughty (LSU) had two hits to lead the way in that category.

For Tri-City, D'Shawn Knowles (New Providence, Bahamas) had two hits and one RBI to pace the way.

Indians blow the lead by giving up four runs total in the seventh and the eighth.

Jeimer Candelario paced Washington with 4 hits including his third bomb of the season. He also had 2 RBI.

Luis Garcia blasted his 2nd homer of the series and 2nd on the season and he had 2 RBI.

Lane Thomas had two hits and drove in two.

For Cleveland, Steven Kwan had 2 RBI and 2 hits.
