? Final at Frankfort from @LadyFlyerHoops.

After leading 18-16 at halftime, Anderson was held to just nine second half points.

Thought last night that Frederick Douglass might have surpassed Franklin County as the premier team in the 11th Region.

Coach Joey Thacker's #20 Lady Flyers may just now be rounding into typical late season form, handing #6 Anderson County its second loss of the season.

Franklin County (15-4) goes B2B tomorrow, playing city rival Frankfort.

The Lady Bearcats (18-2) play Lawrence County Saturday at Mercy's "Raatz Fence/O'Sheas Classic."

Anderson County has lost two games all season and in both they scored 27 points (allowing 43 to Mercer and 46 to Franklin). They average just over 56 ppg in their wins. Just thought that was quite an oddity, coincidence, or one of those words!
