Indians (13-5), this season's "9th Region All A'' champions, play Ashland Saturday at GRC in the "MLK Jr. Classic."

Centurions (11-4), the three time defending "Kentucky 2A" Tournament champs, open play in Owensboro on Friday vs. Hopkins County Central.

Congratulations to Covington Holy Cross Junior forward Julia Hunt. She went over 1,000 career rebounds in this one. She has already gone over 1,000 career points late last year and will be close to 500 blocks by the end of this year. She still has a year left so who knows how much she can add to these totals. I don't recall a lot of 1,000/1,000/500 players recently. Kudos to her !
