"Lightning" and "Master of the Hardwood" I read your predictions on the Wolfe Lee game. One of you predicted a Lee win by 15 and the other a Lee win by 20. What are your thoughts on the Wolfe win?

I guess I'm eating some crowe with that prediction! Wolfe must of played really well and Lee must of not shot the ball like they did against Barbourville the other night. Was Brandenburg sick? They said he was shooting airballs in the first half and then turning down wide open shots in the 2nd half. I heard he had the ball under the basket with 2 seconds to go and instead of shooting the ball and maybe getting fouled, he passed it out to the top of the key for a 22 footer. The Wolves may sneak up on some people. Coach Creech gets as much out of his players as he can and will have them ready to go come tournament time. Good win Wolves!

If they are at least 20 points better then why didnt they win?

This may of had something to do with it (poor shooting performance, 16-71 I believe and missed 16 layups.) When you get 71 shots and only make 16(22%), you don't have much of a chance. Must of been some great defense is all I can figure.

Wolfe County played very hard and agressive. Lee had yet another poor shooting performance 16-71 I believe and missed 16 layups. Wolfe should have nothing taken away from them. They won the game. Their heart impressed me.

First of all the Bobcats did shoot very poorly, but they did not miss 16 lay ups, and they did not only make 16 shots. I know this because they only made 8 free throws and a couple of 3's.

Wolfe will always find a way to win if they are given the oppertunity. Poor shooting may have been good defense. Sounds like the score tells me that Coach Creech may have slowed the game down a bit to limit Lee's possessions and to equal the playing field a bit.

Your right the tape revealed 19 missed layups(what i considered layups).....and they only made one 3 pointer.............all in consideration If you are shooting poorly you have to over come and the bobcats did not do that. They just got beat plain and simple by the Wolves.
