Both St X and Manual are always tough.  Congrats!  I miss going to the state meet watching my daughter and her team.   A couple of notes from today, Cade Flatt from Marshall County won the 400, 800 and 4x 800.  Probably the national champ in the 800.  Another note, King Combest from Owensboro and 8th grader (who just dominated the middle school 100 and 200 state championship) finished 5th in the 3A high school 100 at 10.88, running in the lane next to Cole from Male.

Cade Flatt is world class in 800. He would be mvp of the meet if they had that award. King Combest is fastest 8th grader I've ever seen and I look forward to watching him the next 4 years.
