* WHEN...From late Friday evening through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Bitter cold wind chills in the teens
  expected by Saturday morning.

SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Rain will develop and change to snow on Friday night.
Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are possible by the
time snow tapers off on Saturday.

* WHERE...The Winter Storm Watch is for portions of east central,
south central and southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...Rain will change to snow from northwest to southeast
late Friday night, with snow then tapering to scattered snow
showers on Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel may become difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Warm ground temperature will hinder snow
accumulation. However, heavy snowfall rates will likely overcome
the initial melting and allow the snow to accumulate.

  temperatures will fall below freezing Friday night as much
  colder air moves in. Brisk conditions are then expected on
  Saturday with high temperatures remaining in the 20s.

It's not much less than yesterday.  I'm working on my next update right now. I'm thinking 2-4 inches for the Cincinnati/NKY area. Tonight it appears the track of the low is moving northeast. Closer to Kentucky.
