March 11, 20224 yr Author Here is my second call for possible snow accumulations. First I want to talk about the very cold temps and windchills for Saturday. We could see temps in the mid-20s Saturday morning Then add in the windchill we'll see feel like temps in the single digits. This along with the snow accumulations will make roads almost impassable along sections of I-75 and I-64 especially late Friday night and Saturday morning. On the webinar this afternoon they said to tell everyone who doesn't have to get out to stay home because of these reasons Friday night and Saturday morning. Here is what both the GFS and NAM are showing for temps and windchills. GFS Windchill NAM temps Windchill Now for my second call for possible snow accumulations. There is still a wider range than I like but both the NAM and GFS are pretty close tonight. I hope to be able to tighten down the ranges by tomorrow evening. Also, there is still some uncertainty about the exact storm track so these totals may change by tomorrow. I will update throughout the day whenever possible Friday.
