The 39th District Draw meeting will take place tomorrow at 11:00am.

What would the draw be if it were to shake out like seeding would have?

Mason and Bracken have not played.  But based on RPI:

1. Mason County vs. 4. St. Patrick

2. Bracken County vs. 3. Augusta.

Evan Dennison just reported that Bracken Co. made the motion to seed, but it was not met with a second to move on to voting. Weird because I always assumed Bracken and Mason were all about seeding.

Tournament will be at Mason Co. this year and next and then at Bracken Co. the following year.
