20 was based off of Monday through Friday and in my example I was referring to parapros. Not many jobs allow you to dedicate a large amount of time to be an assistant coach like teaching. That’s also why I said “at least”.  There are a number of programs that have moved away from meeting on the weekends and work from home. I’m not counting sitting at home on Hudl in the time total. 
 

Not all assistants are equal either. Some assistants aren’t in charge of a position group. Some have no real game planning or practice planning responsibilities. 

My reply was in no way a shot at you. Not may teaching jobs allow time to dedicated to assistant coaching duties either. Those days are over. 

I definitely understand not including the Hudl time in your count, but trust me, when you have a family it counts!
