Flash Freeze possible this evening

I just wanted to do a quick update. While checking I found that several areas of Kentucky may see some flash freezing this evening. A flash freeze happens when roads are wet and then temperatures quickly drop below freezing, creating black ice on roadways, sidewalks, and any other surfaces. So everyone should be careful this evening when the temps drop about 20 degrees or so as the arctic air mas moves in.

It depends on when the cold air reaches your area. I'd say it won't be until later tonight. Keep an eye on the temperature in your area. It is going to drop fast wants it pass through.
