MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5
  inches, with locally higher amounts. Some brief mixing with
  sleet or freezing rain is also possible, with little to no ice
  accumulation expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Central and South Central Ohio and
  Northeast and Northern Kentucky.

* WHEN...From noon Sunday to 7 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow, possibly mixed with some sleet and
freezing rain at times. Total snow and sleet accumulations of 3
to 6 inches with locally higher amounts possible. A light glaze
of ice less than one tenth of an inch is also possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and south central Kentucky.

* WHEN...From 6 AM EST /5 AM CST/ Sunday to 1 AM EST /midnight
CST/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could become difficult. Higher snow totals
could result in a few power outages due to the wet nature of the
snow.

MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy, wet snow is expected, and could be mixed with rain
and freezing rain for a time on Sunday. Total snow accumulations
of 4 to 7 inches. Ice accumulations of a light glaze up to one
tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central and southeast
Kentucky.

* WHEN...From 5 AM Sunday to 4 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow could come down at rates of at
least one inch per hour at times on Sunday afternoon into
Sunday evening, resulting in visibility of a quarter of a mile
or less. In addition, the snow is expected to be heavy and wet,
with downed tree limbs possibly causing power outages.
