I am not beating up on Breathitt, I just made the comment that they had played a soft schedule and I felt like it is hard to measure how good they are. Besides Hazard the other teams they have played have a record of 42 wins and 73 losses . Only two of these teams have winning records ,Buckhorn 5-4 and Garrard 8-6......

 

Don't understand how that is a knock on them. Hazards opponents w/l averages around .600.

JBS plays teams with an average of .500 and without the tournament in Lexington, they have played only 1 team with a winning record. JBS has only played 3 teams with a winning record (all 3 losses by the way.)

Breathitt is playing teams with an average record around 4-6. Breathitt has played some quality opposition, but they have played Piarist (as did JBS) and Brown. I just can see how you can argue with 11-1 at this point.

I got all the game numbers off of BGP Scoreboard. I am not sure what you mean by I always have all the details and stats. I have not seen Breathitt play but if you think they are very good then maybe they are. I have nothing at all against Breathitt and hope they have a good season.

Not trying to knock JBS. Most agree that Hazard, JBS, and Breathitt are tops in the 14th right now. Just showing how all 3 top teams stack up comparatively based on a stat that you yourself brought up. So, no arguement here.

I think against Hazard they started 2 freshman 2 Juniors and 1 senior.

They have a junior starter, Aaron Combs out with a broke foot right now.

Who is the biggest competition they will face in their district?

I would think it is Jackson City, but they beat us 85-61.
