Including the cities of Middlesboro, Pineville, Cumberland,
Harlan, Jenkins, Whitesburg, Coal Run, Elkhorn City, Pikeville,
and South Williamson

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM
EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to
  5 inches, with locally higher amounts on the highest mountain
  peaks.

* WHERE...Bell, Harlan, Letcher and Pike Counties.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult overnight into early
  Monday morning, mainly for elevations above 1500 feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heavy and wet nature of the snow could
  bring some trees down in higher elevations, with some power
  outages possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

I will be posting something about that later today. To answer your question you may see some accumulating snows by the end of this week.
