Three Lady Royals( Chambers, Cline, Litzinger) that have eclipsed at least 1000 points in their career and only juniors is a great accomplishment for any player and well represented for Mason County. A greater accomplishment and a storybook ending to their careers would be a 10th Region Championship that has slipped out from under Mason County the last couple of years. The young ladies have a season and a half left in their careers at Mason County. I believe 10 years down the road it won't be the most talked about issue of who scored how many points from this year to that year or over a career, as opposed to we were part of the group that lifted Mason County back to the state tournament for the 1st time since 1987, 20 long years ago. Again these are my thoughts, by no means am I trying to take away what these young ladies have done over the course of their career. Congrats to all three, best of luck the rest of the season.
