Bearcats finish the regular season 12-0 with a road win.

Houston up next at Nippert next Sat at 4 in the AAC Championship.

Now at over 12k yards ... Just an unreal career for a kid who was a 2* coming out of high school and only had one other offer from Eastern KY.

This game had potential loss written all over it.  Good solid road win.  Defense continues to play well.  Offense is concerning as it seems they turn the ball over in red zone too much.  Not sure of the stats but it just seems to me they do that.

I'm gonna try to focus on the positives after this game... 12-0 and one win away from potentially having the opportunity to play for a CFP championship.

That is cool.  So I will say in order to turn in over in the red zone they get the ball in the red zone a lot!!!

Red zone turnovers were concerning... Fumble and an INT both on ECU 2 yard line, but UC has been really good in the red zone, so I'm not too worried about it.

Kicking game is still a concern too. Only attempt was missed from 45 yards.

In all seriousness this was a much more difficult task than most will admit.  East Carolina is a good solid team and going on the road after beating SMU and knowing Houston is a week away is good stuff.  The staff had them ready to play.
