This regular season finale matches two schools that are almost neighbors. 3A Cal is 8-1 ranked 1st and comes in riding a 5 game winning streak including last weeks 45-0 beating of district opponent Western Hills. 6A Eastern is on a bit of a slide, they are 4-5 which includes losses to South Warren, Oldham County, Ballard and last weeks loss to powerhouse Trinity 56-21. Both teams need this win for different reasons. Cal to remain number 1 and potentially grab hold of that all important 3rd round home playoff game and Eastern needs it as a matter of pride. Who ya got?
