Butler jumped out to the big lead at Ballard last night and then held on as McCracken County made a furious comeback, but just couldn't find the late equalizer.  Butler will travel to Elizabethtown on Saturday at 5:00 for their Elite 8 Match-Up.

The Mustangs of McCracken County, under Coach Michael Wiersema, conclude their incredible season at 13-7-2, and will proudly get to show off that 1st Region Trophy, which they've now won in back-to-back years.

The Courier Journal did a great article on the Butler team this year.  Sorry I couldn't find the link.

But they spoke about kids from roughly 7 different countries that were on this team and they have bonded through soccer.  It was really cool.  I'll be pulling for you Butler!
