Stephen Hall and Matt Hill with the call.

North (3-5) is vastly improved under first-year coach Jamey Brown this year, but they are a little dinged up.   The defense is legit, but the offense has struggled all year, particularly on the ground.

North may not have the services of Mike Davis, the state's top tackler in 4A, and possibly not Bryce Grady, the team's #2 tackler.    The Mustangs still features some studs on defense; Liam Hutson leads the state in interceptions with 7 (including three pick-sixes), and Tyler Vance is among the top 3 or 4 players in 4A in terms of sacks.

Central (5-3) is certainly the better team on paper, but will the Jackets be looking ahead to their next game, a titanic 4A clash between two top 10 teams when they face off against Franklin County?

I think Central wins by 28.
