North Oldham pulls off the tough task of beating a good team (and crosstown rival) 3x in one season, as they take the 8th Region Championship 2-1 on Thursday night.

If you look at the last Maher Rankings for KY, #2 (Madison Central), #4 (KCD), #5 (Highlands) and what would have been a Top 4 team in Ryle without their 5 forfeits after the fact, all have gone down...but to date, North Oldham has avoided the upsets that have been flying around.

I've said since the beginning of the season that I thought they were the best team, and while the winner of the 7th will be a monster test, I still feel like North Oldham has a great chance to be the last team standing.

I don't know very much about North Oldham, but sounds like a great team this year.  They will really be tested by whoever survives tomorrow X-Manual game, but should be a great environment!
