Owensboro Catholic tabs Jody Hamilton as new head coach

Hamilton brings with him 36 years of head coaching experience, 938 career wins (7th all-time), and two state championships. He's previously coached at Raceland, Boyd County, and West Jessamine.

He inherits a crew that only loses two seniors from a 32 win, state tournament team. Hamilton can get them to the next level. You can't overstate what a huge hire this is for the Aces.

Big time hire. Owensboro Catholic has been quite good for some time. This hire is not unlike when O-Cath hired Tim Riley for basketball. Two great decisions!
