Final from The Swamp at Greenwood High School. Bardstown #8 TJ Greenwell was the star. QB #10 Brady Clark had some good passes and had some good escapes from the FS pass rush to extend some drives. FS moved the ball well but had 3 drives end in Bardstown territory due partly to some penalties and a fumble. I think Bardstown will make some noise in 3A. I was not expecting FS to fare as well as they did.

Tiger defense a little soft right now and had 3 starters out and it showed, but otherwise a solid showing against a bigger school and great way to start the year. I particularly liked the energy and team camaraderie from what is still a young Tiger team, not too many penalties, just the one turnover, defense made plays when it had to. Good win.

Bump.
