If you haven't seen this movie, I highly recommend it.   A quasi-documentary, it mixes good old fashion hard ball with physics and brain chemistry to emphasize how hard it is to hit a Major League pitcher.  Narrated by Kevin Costner, it goes into the careers of some of the best.  Walter Johnson, Bob Feller, Bob Gibson, Sandy Koufax, and of course, Nolan Ryan.
