No Virginia is out of the ACC tournament meaning Georgia Tech will advance to the finals to play the winner of the Carolina/Fla. St. game. Unlike Duke whose AD announced that the Blue Devils were finished for the year.

For Virginia to play in next weeks NCAA Tournament the Cavaliers have to go 7 straight days without a positive test before arriving in Indy, then undergo daily testing. Dan Gavitt NCAA senior vice-president of men's basketball says if Virginia has at least 5 healthy players to play in a NCAA tournament game they would be able to play. They are currently projected as a#4 seed.

Also I would think in order for them to be able to play at full strength the committee will have to give them a Friday game (probably a Friday night game). It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Why on earth conference tournaments weren't all moved up a week to avoid such short turn around (and potential quarantine time) before the start of the NCAA tournament I'll never understand.
