The Pike Central Hawks beat Cordia in a shootout 99-83.  They were led in scoring by senior Josh Dutoit with 33 points and 14 rebounds,  Freshman Jaylan Rigdon had 25 points, 8 rebounds, 8 steals and Bryce Adkins 19 pts with 5 3 pointers.   Pike Central sits at 7-2 going to Betsy Lane and East Ridge this week before heading over to Knott Central.

It was up and down last night.  Cordia likes to run and those games are fun but it really wasn’t pretty on the defensive end.  Still a win is a win and we take it how we can.

I'm all for some up and down basketball, makes it more exciting, IMO.
