Anderson County takes a page out of last year's Bearcat playbook and limits the Cougars to just 37 points in a five point victory at former 8th Region rival Bullitt Central to get their first win of the season.

Anderson improves to 1-2.

The Bearcats have their home opener on Friday, 1/15, as they host district 30 rival Collins in Lawrenceburg.

You say last year, but they've been top three in the region in scoring defense the last three seasons, and number one the last two. I don't know much about AC, but I do know they can guard.

This is quite true....but last year's Bearcat squad wasn't just "top 3" in the region - they were #1 in the entire state of Kentucky.   They took it to an entirely new level...
