A great comeback from the young Lady Hounds after being down by as many as 17 in the first quarter.

Corbin just seems to have South's number lately.

The first quarter was the worst quarter of basketball I've seen Corbin play in a very long time. Corbin scored the first two points of the game off the tip and didn't score again until the end of the first quarter. Coach Parsons was able to settle them down and Corbin was able to chip away at the lead. The Ladyhounds made several runs only to see South start to pull away again, but thankfully with each run Corbin got a little closer and was finally able to take the lead with about 1:30 remaining in the game. Wombles launched a half court shot as time was expiring and it almost made it. A nice win for the Ladyhounds. That ties the district with Corbin, South and Whitley Co. all with identical 1-1 records.

Big upset for the Lady Hounds. Coach Parsons has to be one of the brightest young coaches in the region. To lose 3 to 4 starters and still be battling Whitley and South this season is remarkable. Keep up the good work Lady Hounds.
