I guess the first question is, will a Heisman be awarded this season?

If it is will they wait until the spring to award it? 

Will it be fair to just consider fall players?

Will it be fair to fall players if it is awarded in the spring, due to recency bias in the voters?

Should the DAC give one for the Fall and one for the Spring?

How many of the top contenders from the spring will even play college football, instead of just preparing for the draft?
