nWo Posted July 1, 2020 Share Posted July 1, 2020 There is a marginal risk of severe storms for portions of western Kentucky this afternoon into the evening hours. Isolated damaging winds and marginally severe hail will be the primary threats in the stronger storms. The Storm Prediction Center has issued a level 1 Marginal Risk Area. Rain could be heavy at times with localized pounding of water on roads. There is also a slight possibility of some small hail within the stronger storms.
