Jacob Toppin Transferring to Kentucky.

He is the younger brother of National Player of the year Obi Toppin. He played for Rhode Island last season and averaged 5 points and 3 rebounds a game.

 

After watching some highlights he seems very athletic. He is someone that you hope develops as well as his brother did obviously.

 

He may be eligible to play this years if the new transfer rule passes.
