Owsley got down by as much as 18 but staged a big comeback in the second half and cut the lead to 5 points late in the game. Still proud of the Owls. This was the first time back in the regional tournament since 2010. When the 9-12 enrollment is 220 and it’s the only high school in the county it’s not as easy to get there as the larger schools, so it’s a good feeling throughout the community when it occurs.
