Western Kentucky (10-6, 3-1 Conference USA) had no problems in putting the beat down on Middle Tennessee (4-13, 0-4 Conf) tonight on the road. Western led by 18 at the half and then cruised to the easy win. The Hilltoppers connected on 49.0% of their shots, while the Blue Raiders hit just 35.8% of theirs. Taveion Hollingsworth (Lexington, KY) led the winners with 18 points, 5 boards and 2 assists. Josh Anderson (Baton Rouge, LA) added 15 points and 6 boards, while Carson Williams (Owenton, KY) added 14 points and 8 big boards.
