PowerAde
Paintsville played hard and Henry Clay was just hitting..It was a good game to watch....Slone led all scorers with 36 and Moses was behind him, but I'm not sure how many he had....Bundy had 7 points, Ferguson 10, Grimm 2, and VanHoose 10(I think, not for sure), Keaton 6, and Meade 7...The tigers should be ready for next week! $$East-Bank$$
Yeah it was in the HL this morning Landon Slone led Paintsville with 36pts. Victor Moses had 26pts and 9 rebounds to lead #18 Henry Clay to a hard fought win. Aaron Boyd had 12 for Henry Clay and Van Fergason had 12 for Paintsville. Crossbar
PowerAde, welcome to the site. A suggestion though, when putting up a final score, include the full name of the team (HC - Henry Clay, but could also be Holy Cross, Harrison Co, etc.) Glad to have you on BGP. RNCSportsaholic
Paintsville represented the 15th region very well this weekend even though they lost two games to some very good talented Lexington schools. I'm sure this will do nothing but prepare them for games later on in the season. Landon Slone showed that he can compete with some of the best talent in the state as well. RNCSportsaholic
What is next week? Who does Paintsville play? I know they play Lawrence Co., which is a district game, next week.
Gumbo Daddy
Paintsville did play good in both games and shot the ball well also. As I was watching both games there 1st 5 can compete with anyone in the state but it looks to me that there lack of depth will be there down fall. Can anyone tell me if there is a deep team in the 15th?
