Final at Letcher

Wish I could have been there....Looks like it would have been a good game to watch.

Good luck to the Eagles this season

eagles are weak....no depth, no shooters their best player is 5'7" they're in trouble

Good win for the Cougars. They beat a good Lee County team and now knock off Leslie County. They're better this year than I figured they'd be. But a large school such as they have should always be competitive. I see them falling into the same mold as Perry Central in a few years....in the top 2 or 3 in the region every year.

Letcher has suprised me this season already. THey may be one of the teams to beat by tournament time.

They already have 2 wins over Regional tournament teams from a year ago.

Yeah, but one of those teams "are weak....no depth, no shooters their best player is 5'7" & they're in trouble" right ?

For the weakness of one team, the other should make up for it. They are rated high in every poll on the 14th. They have plenty of talent and LCC still beat them.

Lee and Leslie are good wins, but I wouldn't go as far as putting them in the top of the region just yet. Leslie lost all their scorers and Lee lost the big man inside that was definitely a factor every game. LCC is improved from last year, but needs a quality win before I would say they are going to be a factor in the region. They play JBS on Tuesday this week, we will see then how good they match up with the best team in the region.
