I thought about this more this morning. Thinking back over time between classification changes, Newport Catholic lost last night and Beechwood is in their first season in 2A. Between both teams, one of them has been in the semifinals as long back as I can remember. Does anyone know how long it’s been since the 1A semifinals hasn’t involved anyone from NKY?
