I thought Elliott played hard and played OK the second half of the game. West Carter has a nice team. I heard West Carter beat them by 60 last year?

Do the Webb girls that run track for West play basketball? If so, how did they look?

Erica Webb played and had a good game and #21 off the bench for West played real well. Shae Ferguson, Kelsie Ferguson and the Griffith girls for Elliott played well.

West has a nice team. Played very unshelfish and alawys with a West Carter team they played hard. Elliott Co. will get better as the year goes on. They had 32 turnovers in the game. They will take alot of bumps and bruises as the year goes on but will be ready to go by tourney time. Both the Fergusons and Griffith played well. I think Shae Ferguson had 14 pts and Hallie Griffith had a game high 17 pts and 18 rebounds.

I thought Elliott play real well in the 2nd half. The first half they had way to many turnovers, like 25 or something, but their pointguard sat out the 2nd quarter because of foul trouble which hurt them. Wests big scorers were Stevens 14, Webb 13, Shelton 10 with Kayla Burchett 9 and Charla Burchett 7. Elliotts were Lakin Griffith 17, Kelsey Ferguson 15, and Gloria Ferguson 14. But both teams played really well and good luck with this season to both teams!
