September 9, 20197 yr Depending where you are they won't. We went through something similar, and they would capture them, clip their ears, fix them, AND RETURN THEM. It was ridiculous. The TNR programs I am aware of will only do this if there is a caretaker.

September 9, 20197 yr Carrying diseases and destroying other populations of animals is not a matter of inconvenience. We indiscriminately kill their predators as well. Overpopulation of cats is a problem but spay and neuter helps a lot.
