Colonels_Wear_Blue
Niederman played at Boone County in the late 80s, and played on the first ever Thomas More College football team in 1990. He spent a long time teaching at Boone County, and was the defensive coordinator under Coach Rick Thompson at Boone. Niederman was also one of the two finalists in consideration for the coaching position after Thompson's departure after the 2012 season. I believe his tenure as a Ryle coach took place during his early days teaching at Boone County, and his time coaching at Bellevue preceded his time at Ryle. Niederman left Boone County accept an assistant principal position in Newport Independent Schools in 2013, and took over as principal at Newport in 2014. He left Newport for his job as the assistant principal at Lloyd Memorial this last school year. He has been out of football during that time, and has assumedly been spending a lot of that time following his son Tate's football career. Tate was a senior WR/DB on the Conner Cougars football team in 2018, and led the team in interceptions, and was second for most solo tackles for the Cougar's D.
