May 7, 20197 yr Eastern Conference Semifinals Game 6. Tuukka Rusk with 39 saves. That's all you need to say about that game. Boston wins the series 4-2 and will now have home ice for the Eastern Conference Finals against Carolina.
May 7, 20197 yr How on earth did Charlie McAvoy not get 5 minutes and a game for launching himself into Josh Anderson? That's crazy but it probably wouldn't have mattered because Boston was in control and I'd be skeptical of Columbus' chances on a 5 minute PP when their offense dried up a couple games ago. Coach Tortorella said after the game that the refs told him that they didn't see McAvoy's hit on Anderson. Really? Then why did they call a 2 minute minor on it then? I'm sad the Jackets' season has come to an end but I'm thrilled that I got to ride this wave as long as I have. One month ago, I didn't even think they were getting in. I'm the world's biggest Hurricanes fan now. Someone has got to take them down.
