What is a school's Most Important factor to winning at the HS level?

Obviously some level of talent and skill is required. However, my general rule is that talent means less each level down you go in sports. A coach capable to draw out the maximum effort and build a positive energetic culture is the most important factor. If we are talking a vastly superior college/pro level athlete on a team, then this formula mostly goes out the window or at least is modified. But I am assuming a normal high school team with a bunch of kids not playing sports beyond graduation.
