San Antonio 19 Salt Lake 15 (AAF)

Good defense or horrible offense? Either way it was another win for the Commanders (5-2), who now has a four game win streak. Before getting injured Logan Woodside (Toledo) was 13-19 1 TD 1 INT. He did miss a wide opened receiver or two, as his up and down season continued. Marquise Williams (North Carolina) threw what turned out to be the game winning score to, Trey Williams on a swing route. From there, the speedy runner broke free up field and found a hole through traffic for a 36-yard touchdown. Woodside had a touchdown throw to Mekale McKay (Cincinnati).

Evan Rodriguez (Temple) led the team in receptions, with three good for 71 yards. Duke Thomas (Texas) had a pick, while Jayrone Elliott (Toledo) and Austin Larkin (Purdue) each had a sack.

For Salt Lake (2-5) Josh Woodrum (Liberty) 22-35-229 yards 1 TD 1 INT. Terrell Newby (Nebraska) had the lone touchdown catch for the Stallions.

Cody Brown (Arkansas State) had a pick and 3 tackles. Taylor Bertolet (Texas A&M) nailed 3 field goals.

I hope Logan is not injured bad and/or out to long.
