AJ McCarron Released by Oakland

How good Andy Dalton is or is not has NOTHING to do with my opinion of AJ. I don't think it has anything to do with other GM's who are cutting AJ either. I don't think he could get a starting job with ANY team in the NFL right now and he may have a hard time getting a back-up job. Again, that has nothing to do with Andy Dalton...

You said you dont understand why people like McCarron. I tried to explain to you the reason why. A lot of it has to do with the lack of faith in Dalton. Saw Dalton fail time and time again in prime time and playoffs. Saw Dalton put up satistiacally the worst qbr ever in nfl history on primetime. Saw Dalton with one td pass in 4 playoff games. Saw Dalton miss throws that could have won playoff games. Yet McCarron with only 3 games experienced in prime time, in the rain, in the playoffs against the Steelers. McCarron actually did make the play that should have won it, before one of the worst collapse in nfl playoff history. You asked why people liked McCarron that's why, its because Daltons history shows not much to believe in. While Mccarrons brief 4 starts did more in situations Dalton struggled in. If Dalton didn't have such a bad history in those moments, you probably wouldnt have ever heard much about McCarron.
