swamprat Posted March 1, 2019 Posted March 1, 2019 Louis Domingue had 37 saves, but a one goal game blew apart in the 3rd period when the Bruins scored 3 goals in a span of 1 minute and 28 seconds, in Boston. I'll credit the first against the defense as it was soft off a rebound. The second was on Domingue not getting down fast enough to prevent the puck getting through the 5 hole, and the third was on a break away. It looked like the Bolts might get right back in it when Anthony Cirelli scored just 40 seconds after "The Licker" breakaway, but it was not to be. Tampa Bay's winning streak ends at 10. Their point streak ends at 12. Louis Domingue's win streak ends at 11. Boston's point streak is now at 15, but they still trail the Bolts by 17 points in the Atlantic division.
Run To State Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 I guess they were due. Hopefully they go on another streak and then really bring it once the playoffs start!
