Leon Draisaiti scored in the 1st and 3rd periods for Edmonton. Colton Sissons and P.K. Subban scored in the second for Nashville and the game ended regulation in a 2-2 tie.

After not scoring in OT, the game went to a shootout. In the 4th round of the shootout Brian Boyle scored and Pekka Rinne stopped a shot by Ty Rattie to give the Preds the win.

The win puts Nashville back on top in the Central.

Brian Boyle has already made a difference for the Preds. With Simmonds on the way, look for Nashville to play with more edge.
