The Fleet(2-1) got some revenge in a big way, by beating up on the Commanders(1-2) by twenty points, on Saturday night.

The Fleet got another nice game from their small but multi talented running back,Ja'Quan Gardner (Humboldt State)12 carries, 122 yards and 1 TD.

Philip Nelson (East Carolina) also had a good game for the Fleet(17-25-193 yard 2 TD'S 1 INT).

Nelson Spruce (Colorado) had 4 catches for 50 yards and 2 TD'S.

Jordan Martin (Syracuse) and AJ Tarpley (Stanford) each had a pick for the winners.

For the Commanders it was another case of Logan Woodside(Toledo) not playing well.(12-23-151 yards 2 INT'S) and the defense not being able to overcome being put in a bad way. Add tot hat the defense could do little right to begin with.

Mekale McKay (Cincinnati) had 4 catches,91 yards and 1 TD.

De'Vante Bausby (Pittsburgh State) had a pick.

Joel Lanning (Iowa State) had six tackles.

Let's be totally fair though, the San Antonio O Line is pathetic. Woodside looked good early until he started getting beat on and pressured.
